There is no minimum order quantity!

Customers often ask if they can order just a small item, such as one that costs just 0,5 EUR.

Of course! It may not be useful for us, but we will never force our customers to buy more than they need. We hope you'll come back in a month, a year, or recommend us to your friends :)

You can also buy not full packages!

Some of the goods are supplied to us by manufacturers only in certain sets or we have to purchase a minimum number of certain goods.

If you want to order only samples of the goods in order to evaluate their quality; are you our customer who only needed a few units of certain products - we will also sell you complete products!

For several reasons, we do not ask for immediate payment of the order. This is not an online store with warehouses full of low-value goods, nor is there a branch of a large warehouse in Lithuania where all orders arrive on a certain day. We directly represent more than 50 European and Scandinavian manufacturers and wholesalers. We always have the most popular items in stock in Lithuania and can deliver them the very next day or even the same day, but it is impossible to keep the entire range of delivered goods in stock. After receiving the order, first of all we check whether we have the ordered goods in stock. Maybe we have a part of the ordered goods, and we can deliver the part a little later - then we often divide the orders. We design and manufacture part of the equipment ourselves, deliver and install it ourselves. We are responsible for the quality of all goods ourselves, without any intermediaries, we manage the entire supply chain of goods ourselves. It is a living and constantly changing organism, requiring "live" communication, which we not only do not want to, but also cannot completely automate.

The most effective and efficient way to find the right solution is to communicate "live". It is possible not only to accurately measure the premises, but also to evaluate many nuances that cannot be reflected in the project, to notice very sensitive nuances on the spot - e.g. such as shadows falling through a window, etc.

We love this way. And customers love it, but many still prefer the service to be free. An extremely experienced person must go to the object, and the arrival itself requires certain costs. We will be happy to come to the place, prepare the project and visualizations, make estimates, but we will ask you to pay for the work of specialists working for you.

Give us the exact task!

Immediately provide the most accurate task and the most detailed description of your needs, indicate your contacts.

We often receive tasks of a similar type, "Refrigerating showcase needed - offer what you have." Peter". We understand that you may think that e.g. refrigerators are all the same, but to us such a task sounds similar to asking a car dealer to offer a car without even specifying its type. If the letter does not include any contact details of the questioner, then it takes a day or more to find out what the customer really needs. Only then can we prepare a suitable offer. Such a process puts a heavy burden on employees, so we ask that you always formulate your tasks as precisely as possible and be sure to provide at least your phone number so that we can "live" clarify any ambiguities.

Focus more on the project!

Very often, after preparing projects, visualizations, coordinating everything with the customer and implementing the project in reality, various corrections are added, which should be reflected even at the stage of project coordination.

Practice shows that many clients begin to analyze the project in detail only after its actual implementation. The design stage simply doesn't include many of the client's important requirements. Repairing an already completed project requires disproportionately high costs, especially when complex furniture production technologies are used. At the final stage of project coordination, we would like to ask you to find time for its detailed analysis. This way we will implement a better project faster, and you will be able to start work faster.

Delivery of goods

If you order a delivery service, please note that it is not a delivery and installation service. A light package weighing up to 30 kg will be brought in through the first door upon delivery, but you must take care of unloading heavier goods yourself. If you don't have such an opportunity - let us know in advance - we will offer delivery of the equipment with removal, and if necessary - installation. If the room where the equipment is to be located is not on the first floor, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange the appropriate carrying equipment. Always provide the exact delivery address, working hours, codes necessary to enter the territory or building, wait for the cargo at the agreed time.

Terms of delivery of goods

The possible terms of delivery of goods vary greatly. Such popular and daily sold goods as racks, boxes, various holders, promotional products, we usually always have in the central warehouse in Kaunas and we can deliver them even on the same day - even if we are talking about quite large quantities of these products. We deliver many HoReCa products, small refrigeration equipment every week. Some of the larger devices or products of a specific color are produced only on order. Delivery of such goods may take longer than 4 weeks.

Warranty

Many of the goods we offer are manufactured in factories with deep traditions in Italy, Germany, Sweden, etc., so we have very few problems with product quality. We supply the goods directly, therefore we are responsible for their quality and do not refer customers to different repair companies. We always look for the fastest possible solution to the problem for the client and only later do we discuss with the manufacturers about compensation for the losses incurred.
