HACCP series stainless steel knives, have comfortable, finger-protecting plastic handles in various colors. They help to quickly identify the knives used for cutting different products and protect against the possible transfer of infection. The same series of cuts are also produced tables, brushes.

Patented design, TECNA series knives are made of X50CrMoV15 steel. They have an extremely ergonomic, non-slip handle, and extremely precisely sharpened blades.

classic, KNIFE 61 consider  ECO series stainless steel knives, have three-point plastic handles.

HASAKI series Japanese knives made of Nitro B X50CrMoV15 steel with a high nitrogen content. They are extremely resistant to corrosion. According to Japanese tradition, only one side of the blades of these knives is ground. Three-point polyoxymethylene handles are installed.
