Drying cabinets for food products

Drying cabinets for food products are suitable for drying fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, chips, various bulk products, granules. Cabinets are equipped with 15, perforated stainless steel trays.

The cabinets have a double, insulated body. The drying process is carried out through the channels integrated in the side wall, so an extremely efficient and uniform turbulent air flow is created in the cabinet, ensuring fast and accurate drying. Odors do not enter the environment during drying. They, like excess moisture, are removed through the ventilation channel, replacing part of the air with fresh air. As a result, moisture does not condense on the cabinet walls.

An intuitive electronic controller with the ability to adjust the drying time and temperature, humidity meter is installed in the cabinets. Integrated protection against overheating and fire. All cabinet equipment is installed in a separate unit on top of the cabinet and can be easily changed if necessary without moving the cabinet itself.

The cabinets are certified CEB, hygiene, compliance declarations, health quality certificate from NIH are provided.
