KAIZEN Suggestion Boards

KAIZEN system, involves all its employees in the improvement of the company's or organization's processes. One of the elements of this system is KAIZEN offer boards. Although more and more companies are starting to follow this philosophy, there was no market offer for a standardized product that could be easily adapted to the specific needs of the organization.

Most of the examples we saw were neither very elegant, suitable for modern interiors, nor comfortable to use. After analyzing the needs of different customers, in cooperation with consultants promoting this philosophy, we created a grouping of individual modules, KAIZEN offer board system.

Suitable for fixing to the wall or self-contained frames 500 x 1800mm system modules are made of 0,8mm thick sheet steel, painted with highly resistant, gray (RAL7035) powder paint. The sides of the modules are folded 45at an angle of °. It's not just a design decision - to make a rather massive panel attached to the wall look like it's pulled away from it. Such sides allow individual panels to be connected at an angle, to cover columns, etc.

KAIZEN four different types of modules are commonly used to create a proposal board:
1 - module for group names
These boards have a magnetic frame for the department name and 5 - 6, A4 format magnetic frames for group names. Even notes printed on a plain sheet will look extremely elegant in these frames. They will be perfectly pressed, protected, and extremely visible.

2 - basic board module for information presentation
This is the main element of the system and we offer three different solutions here. The first is a board with 12 booklet holders A4 for format sheets. The transparent holders are slightly tilted forward, so it is extremely easy to put information sheets in them. The high walls of the holder prevent individual sheets from bending, and the cut-out in the front makes it easier to pick up even smaller format sheets. The boards have riveted threads to attach these brackets, so they hang very elegantly, withstand up to 6kg load, and can be easily removed if necessary.
A less practical, but extremely elegant solution - KAIZEN boards with high-capacity magnetic frames. You can put the information in them by easily folding the front part of the frame.
A simpler version of this solution is KAIZEN boards with magnetic strips for attaching leaves.
Magnetic frames for group names and a longer frame for department names are attached above all types of holders.

3 - information board module
The last element of the system usually does not have a strictly defined purpose and is intended to confirm various messages or notes. It is equipped with multi-colored magnets. Magnetic holders for pens can also be ordered.

4 - name module
After completing the appropriate KAIZEN board, you don't want to stick a name summarizing it somewhere on the wall. We also produced the same design, a narrow module for the name. Not only the name is given on it - you can stick the logo of the company or organization as well.

Many of the delivered standard modules can be adjusted very easily - choose the desired color of the base of the modules or decorate them individually, install holders of different formats and colors, or group them in other ways.
