Transitions over production lines

Gunzburger Steigtechnik GmbH (Germany) transitions over production lines or conveyors can be 45 º consider 60 º tilt angle. Installing them is extremely simple.

Transitions have 1m wide (can be 0,6 / 0,8 m), finely corrugated aluminum profile (slip resistance class - R9) step. Instead of these steps, large ribbed, mesh, perforated steps can be installed. 0,8m long (at the bottom - 0,58m) upper platform can be extended up to 2m (what 0,2M).

Transitions can be fixed to the base or equipped with castors when their place of use is constantly changing.

Transitions are tested by TÜV / GS, corresponds to EN14122: standard. They are given 5 (+10) year warranty, together with all the necessary technical documentation. For safety reasons, always choose 45 º modules of tilt angle transitions. If there is not enough space to install them, and the transitions will not be used intensively, you can also choose 60 º tilt angle modules. They will need less space.
