The cooling unit is easy to change, it can be changed in 1 minute. Various modifications of drawers and doors are available, temperature regime - from -5 to +8°C. The top of the saladette is customized GN1/3 ir GN1/6 for dishes, holds up to 10 GN1/6 dishes, and the salad bar has a closing door.
The capacity of the saladette is 508 l.
