We present a refrigerating cabinet - a saladette, which can be perfectly adapted to other equipment. Saladette length - 213 cm, depth - 70 cm, height - 102 cm.
The cooling unit is easy to change, it can be changed in 1 minute. Various modifications of drawers and doors are available, temperature regime - from -5 to +8°C. The top of the saladette is customized GN1/3 ir GN1/6 for dishes, it can hold up to 12 GN1/6 dishes, and the salad bar has a closing door.
The capacity of the saladette is 655 l.
