Polycarbonate dishes are resistant from -40 to +1100C temperature, almost unbreakable. They can be sterilized and washed in dishwashers. The top of these dishes has a special edge that prevents the dishes from jamming when they are placed one on top of the other.
You can order clear polycarbonate lids for GN containers. You can place other dishes on top of GN dishes covered with such a lid.
