51 series, Ø20 - 40cm diameter stainless steel pans with non-stick PTFE Teflon coating suitable for all types of stoves - including induction ones.
The pans have a multi-layered bottom, an inclined edge for convenient pouring, a heat-resistant stainless steel handle with a loop for hanging.
PTFE the coating is extremely hard to burn, resistant to temperatures up to +220ºC. The coating is scratchy, so it is advised to use plastic/silicone or wooden utensils when baking. These pans are dishwasher safe. Pan lids must be ordered separately.
