Attached to the ceiling Alfer (Germany) racks are commonly used to hang bicycles behind the front wheel. The red rubber coated galvanized steel hook does not scratch the rim. It moves freely in the holder, so you won't dislodge the fixing anchors or damage the wheel spokes when hanging the bike.
