Polypropylene dishes can be operated at -40 - +800C temperature, they do not contain BPA. Dishes retain their shape well enough in boiling water, they can be washed in dishwashers, sterilized, and placed inside each other.
According to HACCP, you can mark the lids of GN containers with markers of different colors. In addition, you can order perforated drainage inserts that separate the products stored in the containers from the accumulated liquids. There are special tables on the dishes for writing down important information.
