Welded structures VARIO fit (Germany) closed trolleys with two lockable doors are extremely strong and stable. The walls, top and doors of the trolleys have galvanized steel sheet metal filling, a fold-down handle can be installed to pull or push the trolley. When the handle is folded down, it does not extend beyond the stroller, and the door can even be opened 270º. Thanks to the lever mechanism, the door is fixed both at the top of the stroller and at the same time. A cylindrical lock with two keys is installed. The trolley platform is a blunt laminated MDF platform. MDF or plywood shelves can be installed in the trolleys. Their frame is powder-coated with blue (RAL5010) paint, highly resistant to impacts and scratches.
TÜV to certify VARIO fit Since 2011, the strollers have been equipped with a patented, foot-operated two rotating wheels I brake. To stop the stroller, it is enough to press the pedal under the stroller handle. Trolley wheels (∅200x40mm) covered with non-greasy thermoplastic rubber are equipped with extremely precise and impact-resistant ball bearings. They provide up to 50% less resistance, so you can push even heavy-duty strollers far easier. The rear, swiveling wheels of the strollers according to EU standards are equipped with protections, preventing a loaded stroller from running over your foot.
