VARIO fit (Germany) strollers in three, 1525mm high walls and five shelves, mostly used for selecting, safely storing and transporting parcels. 400 / 500The walls of trolleys adapted to kg loads have 120 x 120mm eyelets, 4mm wire mesh filler. Carts are equipped with four, 80shelves adapted to load kg. You can remove the shelves, change their installation height (every 120mm), install additional shelves. The back wall of the strollers can be removed, the stroller can be completely closed by installing an additional wall or a wall with hinged doors.
The trolley platform is made of special, L shape profile that is significantly lighter but stronger. The carefully pre-treated stroller frame is powder-coated with blue (RAL5010) paint that is very resistant to impacts and scratches. The filling of the trolley shelf and platform is a blunt laminated MDF board.
TÜV to certify VARIO fit Since 2011, the strollers have been equipped with a patented, foot-operated two rotating wheels I brake. To stop the stroller, it is enough to press the pedal under the stroller handle. Trolley wheels (smallest trolley - ∅160x40mm, the rest - ∅200x40mm) covered with non-greasy thermoplastic rubber are equipped with extremely precise and impact-resistant ball bearings. They provide up to 50% less resistance, so you can push even heavy-duty strollers far easier. The rear, swiveling wheels of the strollers according to EU standards are equipped with protections, preventing a loaded stroller from running over your foot.
Additionally, you can order the front swivel wheels of the wheelchair, protective wheels or bumpers, a table attached to the handle for A4 format documents.
