VARIO fit (Germany) lightweight construction trolleys with two level shelves, customized 250kg load. Their platform is made of special, L shape profile that is significantly lighter but stronger. The upper trolley shelf, which is attached to the horizontal racks, is adapted 80kg load. From the bottom platform to the shelf is 535mm gap.
The carefully pre-treated stroller frame is powder-coated with blue (RAL5010) paint that is very resistant to impacts and scratches. The filling of the trolley shelf and platform is a blunt laminated MDF board.
TÜV to certify VARIO fit Since 2011, the strollers have been equipped with a patented, foot-operated two rotating wheels I brake. To stop the stroller, it is enough to press the pedal under the stroller handle. Trolley wheels (∅160x40mm) covered with non-greasy thermoplastic rubber are equipped with extremely precise and impact-resistant ball bearings. They provide up to 50% less resistance, so you can push even heavy-duty strollers far easier. The rear, swiveling wheels of the strollers according to EU standards are equipped with protections, preventing a loaded stroller from running over your foot.
You can additionally order the front swivel wheels of the trolley, a table attached to the handle for A4 format documents, and protective bumpers.
