VARIO fit (Germany) trolley platforms are available in four different sizes. 400 / 500kg load platforms are made of special, L shape profile. It is significantly lighter but stronger.
The carefully pre-treated frame of the trolley platforms is powder-coated with highly impact- and scratch-resistant blue (RAL5010) paint. The filling of the platform is a blunt laminated MDF board. Additionally, it can be covered with a galvanized steel sheet or replaced with an extremely resistant plastic plate.
TÜV to certify VARIO fit Since 2011, the strollers have been equipped with a patented, foot-operated two rotating wheels I brake. In order to stop the stroller, you do not need to unscrew the wheels and press individual brakes - it is enough to press the convenient pedal with your foot. Trolley wheels covered with non-greasy thermoplastic rubber are equipped with extremely strong and impact-resistant ball bearings (the smallest platform - ∅160x40mm, the rest - ∅200x40mm). They provide up to 50% less resistance, so you will move even carts with heavy loads much easier. The rear, swiveling wheels of the strollers according to EU standards are equipped with leg protectors – so that there is no possibility of running over your own leg with a loaded stroller.
Front swivel platform wheels, protective wheels or bumpers can also be ordered additionally.
