Product features

The product descriptions indicate the main characteristics of the goods, their dimensions, and provide sample photos.

  • Please note that the actual colors of the goods may differ from those seen on the computer screen;
  • Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Various accessories are visible in the photos together with the delivered goods, which are only intended to better illustrate the characteristics of the goods and are not included in the product set;
  • Manufacturers are constantly improving their products, so the features, dimensions, and construction of the delivered goods may differ from the real ones. If a feature of the delivered goods is very important, if the available space exactly corresponds to the specified dimensions of the product and there is no more slack - always check these features additionally. When filling out the order, there is a special box for making comments on the right side of the order window. When ordering goods, if you do not provide exact preferences for the optional product package (e.g. lighting spectrum, type, type of refrigerant in the refrigerating device), later claims may not be accepted;
  • Before ordering goods, always check the characteristics of the goods that you cannot identify from the description or photos provided;
  • If you are not sure about the suitability of the product, please consult before ordering email by post ar phone, indicating your needs as precisely as possible;
  • The presented energy consumption of the devices is only illustrative, as it depends on the real environmental conditions, the load of the devices, the intensity of operation, etc.
  • The goods must only be used for their intended purpose. For example, do not order a ladder for use at home for use in a company warehouse.
Ordering goods
  • Goods are ordered by creating a basket of goods, indicating complete data for writing the invoice and delivering the goods;
  • After receiving the order before 16:XNUMX p.m., on the same day we check whether we have all the goods in stock and inform you about the possible order fulfillment deadline, we inform you about the costs of delivering the goods;
  • After evaluating the volume of the order or the customer's history, additional discounts not included in the catalog may be applied;
  • If part of the ordered goods is in stock and the other part can be delivered later, the order can be divided into several parts. After coordinating the order, the customer receives an invoice for advance payment. It is necessary to check the data provided in the invoice, the delivery address, because incorrect data may result in additional costs. Depending on the customer, the delivery method, the type of goods, different methods of bill payment may be applied;
  • The submitted product order can be canceled without any consequences until 12 o'clock on the following working day. The order is automatically canceled after informing about such a request by e-mail and upon receipt of appropriate approval. If the order is canceled later, additional fees may be charged due to costs incurred by the seller for order administration, packaging, etc.
Delivery of goods
  • We inform you about the exact terms of delivery of the goods after receiving the completed order; A large part of the goods presented in the catalog are kept in stock, some are delivered within a week, but there are goods that are produced only upon order and can be delivered within 4 weeks or even longer;
  • The goods are delivered to the address specified in advance by the Customer. Along with the exact delivery address, the name and mobile phone number of the person receiving the cargo, working hours, and the codes needed to enter the territory or premises must be indicated. If the delivery address is changed on the day of delivery of the goods (after re-addressing the cargo) or if the Customer is not found at the delivery address provided by him, the Customer will be charged an additional fee equal to the amount of delivery of the goods;
  • If no additional goods unloading and installation service is ordered, the Customer must take care of the unloading of the delivered goods, which require loading equipment for unloading (inconvenient dimensions to be taken by one person, or packages heavier than 30 kg). Light goods are brought in through the first door of the building;
  • The delivered product must be accepted or unloaded no later than within 10 minutes. after its presentation. If the Customer waits for more than 10 minutes, the product may be returned to the sender, and the Customer will be charged an additional fee of the amount of product delivery;
  • When accepting the goods, the Customer must visually check them and clearly sign the accompanying documents. Upon detection of any violations, the Customer must note this in the accompanying documents and immediately inform the sender.
Return
  • Goods of good quality and in accordance with the order can be returned only by mutual agreement of the parties. Depending on the type and condition of the product and packaging, additional return charges may apply;
  • Inappropriate quality goods are returned or exchanged based on the procedure approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania;
Material properties and maintenance

Different materials have different properties. Familiarize yourself with them for proper use and care of different products:

Aluminum

Features: long-lasting; properly maintained pure aluminum - non-toxic; extremely conductive to heat; easy; easy maintenance; more resistant to salts than stainless steel; relatively resistant to acids; resistant to temperatures up to +600ºC.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers, possible discoloration; do not remove the oxidizing layer; wash with mild detergents using a nylon sponge.

Chromed surfaces

Properties: if the surface is damaged, the base oxidizes; acid resistant.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers; wash only by hand, do not use detergents and cleaning agents containing abrasive substances.

Stainless Steel

Properties: with proper maintenance - long-lasting; not resistant to salts and acids; if overheated - changes in color are possible, but remains harmless; avoid thermal shocks; rusts less than ordinary steel.

Care: dishwasher safe; cannot be cleaned with means containing hydrochloric acid, chlorides, abrasive substances, carbon steel-based substances; clean in the direction of the texture, using special cleaners and soft cloths, polish the surface well after cleaning; avoid external rust from foreign, rusting objects, remove rust immediately.

Cast iron

Properties: with proper maintenance - long-lasting; extremely conductive to heat; difficult; more resistant to salts than stainless steel; partially acid resistant; not resistant to corrosion; does not actually overheat; not impact resistant; cast iron pans are suitable for all types of stoves;

Care: before starting to use cast iron pans, it is necessary to prepare their surface: cover the surface with a sufficient amount of extremely heat-resistant vegetable oil (e.g. peanut); heat the pan to the maximum temperature; put potato slices, skins in a pan, add a teaspoon of salt; fry all this as necessary, stirring regularly, until the bottom of the pan darkens and the products become dark brown; remove the ingredients and clean the pan - it's ready to use! cast iron products should be kept dry, slightly greased; if rust is found on the surface - clean it with 20% citric acid or 25% acetic acid (using rubber gloves) with a sponge; after removing the rust, repeat the pan hardening procedure; choose a pan the same size as the heating disc; do not heat an empty pan; use a little oil or lard before adding products; do not wash cast iron products with dishwashers - clean them with soft cloths and grease them; the longer the cast iron pan is used, the darker it will be and the less oil will be needed.

Painted steel

Features: heat resistant; with proper maintenance - long-lasting; conductive to heat; difficult; partially acid resistant; does not actually overheat; corrosion resistant.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers; do not damage the surface; store dry; avoid thermal shocks.

ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrol)

Features: resistant to temperatures up to +120ºC, very hard surface; resistant to temperature changes.

Care: dishwasher safe; it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths; the surface may become matte.

Acrylic

Properties: resistant to temperatures of -40 – +50ºC, transparent, very hard surface.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers; it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths.

exoglass

Properties: resistant to temperatures up to +220ºC; does not break; can be sterilized;

Care: dishwasher safe; food coloring may occur.

Melamine

Properties: resistant to temperatures of -30 – +70ºC, extremely strong, impact resistant; acid resistant; can be sterilized.

Care: can be washed in dishwashers, in compliance with the specified temperature regime.

Clear glass

Features: resistant to temperatures up to +140ºC, transparent.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers; it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths.

PBT (Polybutylene-terephthalate)

Properties: resistant to temperatures from -40 to +160ºC, extremely resistant and hard; resistant to wear; chemically resistant to many solvents.

Care: dishwasher safe.

Polycarbonate

Features: resistant to temperatures from -40 to +110ºC, almost unbreakable; can be sterilized; not suitable for use in microwave ovens.

Care: dishwasher safe; may become matte; it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths.

Polyethylene

Properties: resistant to temperatures from -40 to +95ºC, does not break, retains its shape well enough in boiling water.

Care: dishwasher safe.

Polypropylene

Properties: resistant to temperatures of -40 to +80ºC, does not break, retains its shape well enough in boiling water, can be sterilized.

Care: dishwasher safe.

Polystyrene

Features: resistant to temperatures up to +75ºC, keeps its shape in boiling water, can be sterilized; not suitable for use in microwave ovens.

Care: dishwasher safe.

PTFE (Polytetraflourthylen) coating, commonly used to cover pans

Properties: resistant to temperatures up to +2200 C, extremely difficult to ignite, chemically resistant.

Care: dishwasher safe, the surface is scratched, so only plastic/silicone, wooden tools can be used when preparing products; overheating must be avoided.

RESIN

Features: resistant to temperatures up to +140ºC, paintable, medium hardness surface.

Care: Do not wash in dishwashers; washed using mild detergents, soft cloths.

SAN (Styrene-Acrylnitrite)

Properties: resistant to temperatures from -20 to +70ºC, hard surface.

Maintenance: in accordance with the set temperature regime, it is possible to wash in dishwashers, but it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths; the surface may become matte.

Silicone

Properties: resistant to temperatures from -70 to +180ºC, very flexible; hard to burn.

Care: dishwasher safe.

granite

Features: natural, may have different appearance; fairly resistant to acids.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers; it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths.

Medical

Features: natural, may have different appearance; not resistant to moisture.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers; it is recommended to clean using mild detergents, soft cloths; after cleaning, it is necessary to drain it immediately and store it in a dry form.

Marble

Features: natural, may have different appearance; acid resistant.

Care: not suitable for washing in dishwashers; it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths.

Slate

Features: natural, may have different appearance; it is necessary to lightly oil it after use.

Care: mostly not suitable for washing in dishwashers; it is recommended to wash using mild detergents, soft cloths.

Devices that require regular maintenance for their correct operation (e.g. refrigeration devices that need to be periodically cleaned) must be maintained at the intervals specified in their operating instructions, by completing the relevant acts and informing the supplier about it in a prescribed form.

Warranty

All goods presented in the catalog have a warranty of no less than one year from the moment of their purchase (date of issuing the VAT invoice). Some of the products are provided with a longer warranty, the conditions of which are detailed in the warranty coupons provided in their descriptions.

If you notice a product defect, damage, or improper operation, you must immediately inform the supplier about it by e-mail garantia@irangaverslui.lt, specifying your data and the location of the device or product. Please take photos and send photos of damaged, defective product elements so that we can quickly assess the possible causes and promptly take steps to eliminate them.

The buyer delivers the goods for warranty service to UAB "Įranga verslui" office, located in Kaunas, Šilagėlių str. 1, or, for an additional fee, the seller's craftsmen come to the place specified by the Buyer and take the goods away for repair.

Warranty defects are removed in the shortest possible time.

Warranty validity conditions:

1. The warranty is provided only for the cooling, heating and electrical systems of the devices. Warranty repairs are carried out only for faults caused by the fault of the manufacturer or supplier. Warranty maintenance does not include:

  • failures due to natural disasters, fires, user negligence and improper operation of the equipment;
  • malfunctions due to improper and illegal use of equipment;
  • failures due to device neglect;
  • breakdowns due to electrical network failures;
  • discoloration of equipment (yellowing, contamination, etc.) and rusting;
  • injuries caused during operation (glass breaks, cleaning, shaving scratches or other mechanically caused defects);
  • defects that occurred during transportation, when the device is transported by the warranty recipient himself;
  • defects that occurred when the device was brought into the premises, when the opening for the introduction is not of sufficient size to bring in the packaged device;
  • the warranty is not provided for parts that wear normally during the use of the equipment and their working life depends on the intensity of operation, periodically replaced accessories (lights, fuses, etc.), glass parts, moving plastic parts (knobs).

2. The cost of the maintenance worker's arrival shall be paid by the beneficiary of the guarantee. Arrival of the service department in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai - 15 EUR without VAT, in the countryside or other cities - 15 EUR without VAT + 0,4 EUR without VAT / km, counting from the nearest, from the previously listed cities. Arrival on weekends, after working hours - double rate;

3. Warranty obligations are limited to free replacement of defective parts. The warranty does not mean that losses incurred due to installation failures occurring during the warranty period will be compensated;

4. Replacement of defective parts with new ones does not extend the warranty period of the device;

5. The device is replaced if faults that occurred during operation during warranty service cannot be eliminated. When replacing the equipment, the recipient of the warranty must compensate for mechanical damage that occurred during its use.

6. The guarantor is not responsible for accidents that occurred due to ignorance or failure to follow the instructions in the maintenance instructions, during the connection and use of the equipment.

7. The warranty does not apply to the installation if the rules of its operation or the requirements of the Agreement are not followed. Guarantee obligations are not fulfilled if the guarantor has not covered at least one debt to the guarantor whose payment term would have already expired;

8. Warranty maintenance may be terminated early if:

  • The device was not serviced by the guarantor or his authorized representative;
  • The device was operated in an unsuitable environment, e.g. humid, cold, hot;
  • The device has been deliberately damaged;
  • the rules of operation or the requirements of the Agreement were not followed.

9. All prevention and repair work of the device during the warranty service period is performed by the guarantor or the Contractor authorized by him. The employees of the guarantor undertake to provide all kinds of information related to the use of the device.

Rates for non-warranty work:

  • The price of repair works is 40 EUR without VAT/hour.
  • Arrival:
    In Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai - 20 EUR without VAT
    In the countryside – 20 EUR without VAT + 0.5 EUR without VAT/km (counting from the nearest of the listed cities)
  • On weekends and after 17 p.m., a double rate applies. The minimum duration of work is 1 hour. Further working time is calculated with an accuracy of 0,5 hours.
